Yes, we provide phytosanitary certification if it is required by the country of destination, and we provide it free of charge.

The first step is to identify which coffee, the quantity you need, and the method of shipment. With this information, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote and an invoice. Once the payment is made, we will proceed with the order, custom packaging as needed, coordinate with your importing agent, and send the coffee with the necessary documentation.

We are comfortable pricing our coffee based on FOB prices. We can work with you on different methods as CIF (Cost Freight and Insurance) and ExWork.

Yes, our experts in Logistics are the best when it comes to arranging shipments and getting the best possible discounts. We will happily arrange shipping on your behalf. Please note that the purchaser is solely responsible for any and all shipping, freight, and delivery charges related to the transport of coffee from our warehouses to your location. The final invoiced amount is subject to adjustment pending receipt of charges from the shipping company.
