 What makes the best Coffee?

One of the criteria we know is that the ideal soil is the most important factor for coffee to grow in. The high mountains collectively with a tropical climate makes it the perfect place to grow high-quality or ‘best’ coffee.

Flavor wise

The temperature of your water is what will matter most in determining your coffee’s flavor:

  • For the flavor notes, pour at a lower temperature (185 degrees) and you’ll extract fewer of the bean’s nascent flavor notes and end with a more bitter taste;
  • pour at a higher temperature (205 degrees), and you’ll discover a coffee that’s extracted more.

Coffee is small science in a cup, controlled by three main factors. Get these items dialed in and you’ll be drinking a perfect cup each and every time. There are 3 elements to control regarding the water; temperature, flavor and volume
