One of the criteria we know is that the ideal soil is the most important factor for coffee to grow in. The high mountains collectively with a tropical climate makes it the perfect place to grow high-quality or ‘best’ coffee.
Flavor wise
The temperature of your water is what will matter most in determining your coffee’s flavor:
- For the flavor notes, pour at a lower temperature (185 degrees) and you’ll extract fewer of the bean’s nascent flavor notes and end with a more bitter taste;
- pour at a higher temperature (205 degrees), and you’ll discover a coffee that’s extracted more.
Coffee is small science in a cup, controlled by three main factors. Get these items dialed in and you’ll be drinking a perfect cup each and every time. There are 3 elements to control regarding the water; temperature, flavor and volume
